Please note – Some images used are library photos and will show the colour potential at a fully mature size, as our fish are juvenilles they may vary.

We always aim to supply the fish as close to the purchase size as possible. However if this is not possible, we will always contact you to discuss.

The fish are selected at random however you are welcome to make a note on the order and the fish manager will do his best for you. This is dependent on current stock at the time of your order.

Set up a new tank recently, general mixed community tank. Ordered a number of fish - customer service really good, phoned me to confirm delivery date. APC turned up first thing this morning with delivery, fish all fine with the exception of one Ram who sadly didn’t make it. Contacted Tropco to advise of the loss and they immediately refunded the cost for that fish. All others are very perky indeed and have settled in to the tank well. I have never bought online before and was somewhat wary of doing so, but after doing some research and reading other reviews Inam glad that I did. Will certainly use Tropco again.

    Review:
As an amateur fish keeper, this is the first time I have ordered fish on line. My husband used to be the tropical fish owner but sadly he passed away in March this year and I have taken over the care of three tanks. He had a beautiful blue Malawi ( I think that was its breed) and when this one died ( it was the only occupant of one of the tanks) I decided to get the two Rams. I don't drive so I thought I would try online ordering. I was so pleased with the effecient service and the two little Rams. They appear to be doing well. At first they swam around together but now one tends to chase the other behind the pump. Not all the time and they both feed together. I did request a pair and wondered if this was courtship behaviour. Would welcome advice please
