This is a true Siamese Algae Eater and is a beautiful and peaceful fish that is a supreme algae eater. It is one of the only fish that will eat Black Brush, Red or Beard Algae.

Adult Length – 13cm

Temperature Range – 20 26°C

pH Range – 6.0 – 7.8

Special Requirements - Make sure you have a tight fitting lid as these fish are known for jumping out!

Tanks Mates and Compatibility – They are suitable for a community take and are less territorial that the similar looking flying fox.

Feeding – They are mainly herbivores and so should be fed a diet that is high in plant and algae matter.

    Great fish for any algae was amazed at how well Tropco pack their fish heat packs were still warm and box was very strong thanks tropco and the lovely lady i spoke to on phone wuld not hesitate to spend my money here again.
