This is a true Siamese Algae Eater and is a beautiful and peaceful fish that is a supreme algae eater. It is one of the only fish that will eat Black Brush, Red or Beard Algae.

Temperature Range – 20 – 26°C
pH Range – 6.0 – 7.8
Special Requirements - Make sure you have a tight fitting lid as these fish are known for jumping out!
Tanks Mates and Compatibility – They are suitable for a community tank and are less territorial that the similar looking flying fox.
Feeding – They are mainly herbivores and so should be fed a diet that is high in plant and algae matter.
