Large Community Fish

Large Community Fish

Looking for large community fish for tanks 250L and above then here we have a selection of different species. A Large fish community refers to species that grow relatively large often 15-60cm (6-24 inches or more) but still have a generally peaceful temperament, making them suitable for shared aquariums with other non-aggressive tank mates.

Key factors these are larger than your typical community, peaceful to semi-peaceful and rarely aggressive when kept in proper conditions. Able to live with other similar size and non-aggressive species. Usually omnivorous (Flakes and pellets) these species typically live 5-10 years depending on the species. Visually impressive centre piece, generally easier to manager than non-aggressive species and can create a lively, diverse aquarium environment.
