The coraking gourami is another sort after gourami. The amazing thing is that their croaking noise can be heard sometimes from outside the tank.

Adult Length – 7cm
Temperature Range – 22 - 28°C
pH Range – 3.5- 6.5
Special Requirements - pH of between 5 and 7.5 is important.
Feeding – Omnivorous in nature, feeding mostly on plant matter, algae and other phytoplankton. It also preys on both terrestrial and aquatic invertebrates including insect larvae, slugs and spiders.
