This is a stunning dace that is ideal for the unheated aquarium as they are classed as sub-tropical. They are a shoal fish and should be kept in groups of 6 or more.

Special Requirements - Fairly easy to keep.
Tanks Mates and Compatibility – A very peaceful shoal fish can be kept with most other fish of similar size. Often kept in unheated aquariums with White Cloud Mountain Minnows and Danios.
Feeding – An omnivore that requires a varied diet.
