The Marble Ghost Knife Fish is a striking, rare color variant of the standard Black Ghost Knifefish. They are highly prized in the aquarium hobby for their unique pale or mottled-white patterns, ribbon-like bodies, and graceful, undulating swimming motionsIt is a really interesting fish to watch that prefers subdued lighting as it is quite shy. These fish are truely majestic to watch. They love to spend their time amongst rocks and pots so certainly require plenty of hiding places.

Special Requirements - Need a smooth substrate as they will spend most of their time on the bottom. Subdued lighting with abundant hiding places like PVC pipes, bogwood, and dense plants. Susceptible to high Nitrate.
Tanks Mates and Compatibility – They are semi-aggressive so tank mates should be robust enough to handle a bit of a tussle on occasion. They will also eat anything that fits in their mouths.
Feeding – Carnivores, they will eat virtually anything that they can get in their mouths. They love snails, shrimps and but will take any high quality pellet.
