Pink Spaghetti Eel
Moringua edwardsi
A unique species found primarily in warm waters in Indonesia. Named for its slender, elongated body and pinkish hue, it resembles a strand of spaghetti. Like other eels, it often burrows in sand or hides in crevices, emerging mostly at night. Although it looks delicate, this eel is a carnivorous predator, feeding on smaller fish and invertebrates.

Temperature Range – 23 - 27°C
pH Range – 6.0 - 8.0
Special Requirements - Prefer slightly hard water.
Feeding – They require live foods in their diet such as live fish, tubifex worms, brine shrimps, mosquito larvae, frozen bloodworms, cyclops, krill and ocean plankton.

The fish are selected at random however you are welcome to make a note on the order and the fish manager will do his best for you, requests are dependent on stock at the time of your order.
