The Panda Garra is a beautiful cyprinid. It likes a fast flowing, mature and well aerated aquarium. Unlike many of the Garra family, it is relatively sociable and is best kept in groups. The less you have, the more that they will argue! The substrate should be soft sand or smooth gravel. Although they love algae and enjoy grazing through it, they should not be regarded as an efficient algae eater.
