The Costa Rican Dovii is a very beautiful yet dominant & predatory fish and can grow to a whopping 71cm so an adequate sized tank is a must!

Temperature Range 24-28°C

pH Range: 6.5-8.0

Special Requirements:  Fairly easy to keep.

Tanks Mates:  They are territorial and will eat smaller fish or invertebrates that they can swallow. Best kept alone, unless in a tank of suitable size where territories can be divided. Do your research when chosing tank mates!

Feeding: . The Costa Rican Dovii is a Carnivore and should be fed a meat based diet including Dried/Frozen Shrimp & blood worm etc
