Seriously cool little fish!
These guys are small and nible, they love driftwood and roots to get amungst. They are like the other small Indonesian fish, liking a very small dark water fish which prefers to be kept in swamp like condidtions.
Peat or almond leaves are essential to the happiness of these lovely little fish. They can tolerate extremely low pH so dont be scared to take them as low as 3. A small heavily vegitated tank is ideal with plenty of cover and very low lighting.
Small insects are a good treat or live baby brine shrimp.

Special Requirements - pH of between 3.5 and 6.5 is important. Dim lighting and black water is required
Feeding – Omnivorous in nature, feeding mostly on plant matter, algae and other phytoplankton. It also preys on both terrestrial and aquatic invertebrates including insect larvae, slugs and spiders.
