Peacock Snakehead
Channa Pulchra
Community with caution.
The Snakehead is a natural predator so is not a community fish and should be kept with other fish that are too big to be considered food. We like to feed shrimp, earthworms etc. We do also use as much pellet as possible.
Do your research before you buy!

Tanks Mates and Compatibility – C. pleurophthalma is among the few snakeheads known to form aggregations throughout its lifetime, but is still best-maintained in a species-specific aquarium.

We always aim to supply the fish as close to the purchase size as possible. On rare occasions if this is not possible we will contact you.
The fish are selected at random however you are welcome to make a note on the order and the fish manager will do his best for you, requests are dependent on stock at the time of your order.
