Ornate Sand Tiger Loach
Schistura kohchangensis
Schistura kohchangensis is a small, bottom-dwelling freshwater fish native to clear, fast-flowing streams of Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand, it thrives in rocky substrates with strong currents. Its slender, elongated body and cryptic colouration help it blend with the streambed. This species feeds mainly on small invertebrates and organic matter.

Tanks Mates and Compatibility – They seem oblivious to other tank mates but should not be housed with anything aggressive or predatory.

Feeding – Not fussy on diet and will eat pretty much anything that ends up on the bottom of the tank. Any frozen food or sinking pellets will happily be accepted.
